What does off white vaginal discharge mean?

Normal: Most women have some vaginal discharge. White to off white is very normal. If the dischage is more yellow/green and associated with an odor it could mean a bacterial infection. If it is white and more curd like and associated with itching and burning it points to a yeast problem.

Vaginal discharge: If it is thick, curdy , white could mean an yeast infection. If you have any suspicion please visit an ob/gyn that can diagnose the problem.
