What would be the point of ordering a thoracic mri without contrast versus with contrast?

MRI w/w/out Contrast: MRI uses magnetic fields to form images in the body and term with and without contrast comprises the series of films of the MRI. The study is performed with contrast in event there is need for specific differentiation of tumor from other structures, find smaller lesions, and see dynamic assessment of lesion (how active).
