Mri-cardiac morphology w/0 contrast and an mra -chest the report only mentions the aorta and its size. i have multi valve and function issues. should the report discuss function, chamber sizes etc?

MRI: You should discuss this question with the physician who ordered the study and what information he expected from the study. I think most people reporting these studies report all the useful information which is seen/measured in the study but sometimes if specific information is requested, the report may be limited to that.
