A member asked:

Could there ever be a reason for a hot sensation during a non-contrast chest mri? if so, might it have negative implications?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

The sensation may be autonomic, since you are not receiving contrast that may also do that. It is because of reflex in the body that released chemicals that made you feel that and it is only transient.
