Ear Wax: Thats normal and its genetic. Avoid inserting ANYTHING into your ears, such as Q-tips or sharp picks to removed wax. Keep the ears dry to minimize otitis externa (swimmers ears). I would discourage self-cleaning until and unless you have been assessed for condition of the ear drum and canal and trained how to safely lavage your ear by your nurse or doctor, otherwise, schedule regular cleanings.
