Stop using them!: The most important treatment of the condition you're describing is to STOP the steroids. You have no idea exactly what you're putting in your body. If one of these compounds has a positive estrogen effect, it might be stimulating the breast tissue. Body building is a great sport but the way you're going about it is dangerous. Please stop!

Time and growth: off of the medications would be one option. THere's very little harm from waiting. Oddly enough, the estrogen blocker tamoxifen is often used for this and helps (or it gets better by coincedence by waiting). Generally surgical correction is needed. GYNOCOMASTIA. Gynecomastia?: You may have gynecomastia, perhaps due to the steroid use. If it bothers you a lot, surgery is the most reliable way to get rid of it. (Just the gland tissue is removed, not the whole breast.)
