Not huge: 3-4 mm ulcer is not huge. Most ulcers are at least that size. Most are associated with h pylori infection, sometimes with use of NSAID drugs, like aspirin, ibuprofen etc. PPI drugs should heal them, especially if not (untreated) H pylori.
