H2 Blocker.: You can complement the efficacy of Dexlansoprazole with something like Pepcid or Zantac (ranitidine). The two types of medication reduce stomach acidity by different mechanisms,miso they complement each other well. if this doesn't do the trick, say in four weeks, see GI doctor for EGD and biopsies to rule out infection or acid secretory issue.
