Coumadin (warfarin): Cipro (ciprofloxacin) (an antibiotic) will typically enhance the effect of the coumadin so an appropriate reduction is needed while on meds . Celebrex can have an effect on bleeding and should be used with caution with coumadin .

Affect celebrax,cipr: Taking Celebrex/cipto with warfarin causes risk of GIB,prolong prothrombin time,thromocytopenia,increase risk of erosive gastritis.advised to have upper endoscopy,to have CT abdomen,cvc,lipase,amylase,stool for occult blood.
