Horrible pain WHERE?: If you'd like..... but if that visit didn't work the first time do you want to try it again for another 1/4 of a day? I'd just get an appointment with a good primary physician who can start a solid workup to find the root cause of your problem. As long as your vitals and your heart are not at stake then, I think the chance an ER is going "figure out" your problem is low. That's not their schtick.
