Merger: Sacralization means the lumbar bones listed are calcifying together, with a appearance like the sacrum (whose bones are all fused together). Can be a normal variant, can occur after trauma (or surgery). If no degenerative changes noted, less likely the source of your symptoms, but nerve studies might be needed.
