Back pain: Low back pain radiating toward the hip could be due to a bulging or herniated intervertebral disc, but any tingling sensation or numbness with it would only involve that leg and not both legs. A neurologist is well qualified to evaluate and advise you if your symptoms persist. Appropriate tests will be ordered.

No don't worry : At your age back pain is usually self contained .it usually becomes completely cured in 6-8 weekd
