chronic sinus issues for years. polyps,opacification of mult sinus, etc. three surgeries in ten years. after1 year of cpap, all's clear. huh?! how?!

Better ventilation: Improved ventilation of sinuses from the positive pressure used during CPAP could be a possible explanation. Or perhaps the 3 surgeries that you have had are starting to have an effect on sinus drainage and allowing better clearance of secretions.

Maxillary sinusitis: Sinusitis doesnt necessarily require surgery. Surgery is required only. When there is recurrent sinusitis with drainage problems.
