May take time..: Eye abrasion may take a few days to heal and can be very uncomfortable indeed..However, if you develop new changes in vision, worsening of pain, pus, severe redness, then it is time to go back and get seen since this could be something more serious.

Contact lens: You obvious ware contact lenses which are obvious related to your problem. One has to be very careful with this type of problem.Since there is no improvement you should see an ophthalmologist for evaluation including contact lens fit and the necessary treatment of your problem.
