Seek an evaluation: It's hard to say from your description what exactly is happening to you. But it's not uncommon to have stiffness in your legs after being in the cold. Swelling and warmth do not normally occur. Start with an evaluation with a primary care doctor. Bloods tests and xrays may be recommended. Good Luck!!
