See doc: Definitely a good idea to see your doc to have work up started that may include imaging as well. From trauma to metabolic disorders a variety of conditions may account for your symptoms. An exam, good medical history as to circumstances your symptoms started would be necessary in the process of elucidating a diagnosis.
