Evaluation: Have the crown evaluated by your dentist. It might just be cosmetic, but you make have a cavity underneath, necessitating the replacement of the crown.

Tooth: Go see the dentist that placed the crown for an evaluation...you probably just chipped some porcelain...no big deal

See your dentist: If your crown is chipped it may be porcelain that has fractured away from the substructure. If it is causing you pain I'd get in when you have time. If it doesn't seem to bother you and you aren't getting food stuck between your teeth you could wait until your next cleaning to have your dentist evaluate it. Porcelain is a glass and sometimes chips off of crowns. Make sure to keep it clean!
