What are the symptoms if a tooth that had a crack and subsequent root canal and crown then has the crack extend further down into the tooth?

Symptoms can include intermittent or constant pain, mobility, pressure, occlusion problems, etc. Recommend that you see a specialist Endodontist for reevaluation.

If the crack is extended than you will feel pain and a loose feeling when you eat or put pressure on it .The tooth ,root canal and crown are now compromised and an extraction is inevitable and an implant is recommended.
