Depression: Hi, it seems the friend might have Bipolar disorder and the medication she takes for ADHD could make it worse, although she needs evaluation with a Psychiatrist ASAP, if you think she is a danger to herself and others you can call 911, although you need to talk to her and convince her to talk to her parents to take her to doctor.
