A few ways to cope: Medications after an evaluation by a psychiatrist. Also individual therapy in addition to medication, which can be more effective than either treatment by itself. Another way is mindfulness (on the internet) and to soothe your senses; touch, sight, sound, etc. provided that the stimuli are calming. Medications and therapy are the key, however.
