Leave it: Eventually the shower and washing and it will come out. It is similar to crazy glue. No need to force it out.

Dermabond: I would NOT duggest trying to remove the dermabond yourself. Call your surgeon for an office visit so he/she can look at the wound. No wound is completely healed by 5 weeks and any manipulation can interfere with the healing process which is ongoing for weeks after surgery and increase the risk of complications and scar formation, infection.
