Suture Or fibrin.: Most likely you have pulled out a suture or a strand of fibrin. If it pulled out easily it is probably fibrin. If it is fibrin strand then just keep it clean. If it is a suture then keep an eye on wound and look for any seperation. If it opens then call your doctor it may increase or seperate more over time. Any drainage or smell, call office. Eat well to help healing.
