Could be ice picks: If these headaches are basically in the head, specifically in the eye region, on one side of the head or the other at a time, and if they last no longer than 1-4 seconds then, I believe you are suffering from a headache which has many names. Ice pick headaches, jabs and jolts, needle in the eye headaches, and there are more. See a headache specialist for a solid diagnosis and treatment.
