Several/multiple follicles containing ovum (eggs) develop in the ovary after treatment. Bilaterally means they are observed in both ovaries, the right and left one.

Normal: Kimberly, follicles are the eggs which are developing in your ovary. Every woman of ovulating age has these. They are perfectly normal. Hope this helps!
