Ovulation: In every normal menstrual cycle, there is development of follicles with a dominant one. The recruitment of follicles start about cycle day 2. The ovulation which occurs from the dominant follicle when it is usually more than 18mm to facilitate conception if spermatzoids are available. Follicular development is very crucial in getting pregnant. Good luck.
