Unusual: Transient memory loss does happen, but what you describe seems a bit excessive for such a short anesthetic. I wouls suggest seeing your neurologist.

Drug interaction: The length of the surgery is not paramount here. What type of anaesthesia - general v regional v local only. Removing the Carbidopa from your regimen may be affecting the efficacy of your medication. Or just a natural progression.
