See a physician: The burning sensation is usually a nerve type pain, but this could be related to your neck or shoulder joint. Either way I would recommend being examined by your primary care physician as soon as you can.

Nerve pain: likely due to a "pinched" nerve. Recent trauma? Apply heat, rest the joint (sling), use some non-steroidal anti-inflammatories for pain. If not better in few days, see PCP. Be well.
