I have been fatigued with chills and sweating no fever for a week the last couple days i've had a weak dry cough. is this the flu? or something else?

Probably viral: This sounds like a viral upper respiratory infection. It is good that you are not having fevers. If you are treating your symptoms conservatively (rest, fluids, tylenol, (acetaminophen) cough syrup) and they are not resolving in the next week then I would see a doctor. Get seen sooner if you develop a fever. Hope you get well quickly.

Doubt the flu: Especially with no fever. Talk to your doctor. Sound viral and needs to run its course. But touch base with the doc to be sure
