RLS: Restless legs symptoms can become long-lasting and they can be very uncomfortable. Tramadol is not normally that helpful for RLS, are you certain that is the diagnosis? If RLS is the cause, other treatments include ferrous sulfate, gabapentin, pramipexole, and ropinirole. Normally one of those will help.
