Dizziness: Dizziness is a frequent complaint, however there are many potential causes. Medications you are on such as Lexapro (escitalopram) may cause such symptoms. Before one can: label this as being the result of only anxiety - medical problems need to be ruled out. See you have had EKG , nuclear stress test and Echocardiogram. See that you are also diagnosed with an anxiety disorder. What does the physician say?
