See below.: A sinus infection can cause fatigue, but should not be causing chest pain. I would recommend that you have your doctor examine you to make sure there is not another infection at the same time, such as pneumonia or bronchitis or a heart problem. Chest pain can also be caused by stress The only way to know for sure is to be examined.

Sinusitis & Fatigue: Anytime your body is fighting an infection, it takes its toll and causes fatigue. Sinusitis can certainly drain you of all your energy. You need it properly treated by a doctor, rest and hydrate. The chest pain may be due to general inflammation and costochondritis, especially if you have been coughing or forcefully blowing your nose. NSAIDS like Advil (ibuprofen) and Motrin will help with that.

Some thoughts: Without examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health and... infections very often cause fatigue. Chest pain can be a serious condition unless explained by something other than heart. If someone has heart disease then the odds are very hi it is that. Otherwise, if breathing/moving/touching triggers pain... prob not heart. Raspy painful breath bronchitis/asthma
