Liver disease: Liver disease can be caused by a variety of factors, including diet, medication, alcohol, genetics, and infection (e.g. Hep C). Fatty liver disease can be potentially reversed if you are able to treat. Fatty liver and enlarged liver are not necessarily the same. Cirrhosis is thought to be irreversible. Cirrhosis often starts with fatty liver disease. Seek help for heavy drinking.

Usually the same: Good chance if you stop dirinking, the liver has a lot of possibilities to improve with time
