NEVER!: YOU WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN BE ABLE TO EAT CHIPS AND BURGERS AND FRIES AND ANYTHING ELSE FRIED OR GREASY OR FULL OF SUGAR AND CHEMICALS AND LOTSA SALT!EVER! Now,if you want to start eating vegetables and lean meats and some complex carbs,, just progress day by day with soft foods and work your way up--start with cooked veggies before raw and soft fish (salmon) before a lean steak, etc-any pain:stop
