5 months old w cold: As cold and cough medications do not help and can be dangerous, fda has withdrawn all cold and cough meds for babies.The only think you can do is use saline nose drops in each nostril followed by gentle suction.

Saline Nasal Spray: The only thing i would recommend is saline nasal spray.
