Not much.: The cough is not harmful and probably bothers you more than it does your baby. Cough medicines at this age can have dangerous side effects. Saline nose drops are safe and maybe helpful.

No: There are no medications recommended for children under the age of 6 years. She should be reevaluated by her doctor.
