Ulcer maybe: Sometimes a person has an ulcer at the base of the stomach, and the swelling there could cause the vomiting with no real pain of other symptoms. If the person is a small child, it could be a narrowing of the outlet of the stomach instead. Please see your doctor to have it evaluated.
