Yes, but if ONLY: After eating fatty foods some people w/ gall bladder problems feel awful - so if you ONLY suffer after fatty food - no other times - have an exam to rule out a gall bladder issue. But yes, fibromyalgia can be accompanied by nausea. No, not caused by fm: Fibromyalgia is associated with multiple symptoms including muscle pain, sleep disturbances, fatigue, mood changes, changes in bowel habit and constipation, sometimes depression . Vomiting is not associated with Fibromyalgia. Most vomiting is related to foodbourne or viral etiology. But if vomiting lasts more than one day, would need to see MD for evaluation. Could cause dehydration,needing ER
