Not necessarily: The cyst itself shouldn't affect fertility. Even in one ovary was removed your fertility should be rather intact. The biggest issue is whether any damage was done to your fallopian tubes. As tubal damage can significantly affect fertility. Your best bet is to review with your surgeon to make understand if any surgical complications were encountered. Best of luck.
