Appendicitis: Nausea, vomiting, fever. Pain may start on the upper abdomen or belly buttom, but always migrates to the right lower quadrant area (a point b/w belly button and hip bone). Belly muscles become tighter. Usually on teenager or kids. See physician.

Abdominal pain : It depends on the timing of the condition. At first is nausea and peri umbilical pain and then moves to the r lower abdomen and the r lower abdomen gets tender to touch. Sometimes fever is present also.
