Burn injury: It's probably a good idea to show this burn wound to a professional. "Redness" around a wound or injury like this could indicate localized infection. If there are 'white' bumps too it could be some exudate (pus) from the wound. If that's a second degree burn though it could also be healing zones that are popping out. You don't want this to get any worse, so I would recc seeing a doctor.
