Im 17 haven't gotten my period in 3 months, have immense pain in my left ovary,and i also have a uti.id like to know if i might have ovarian cancer..

This is specifically very important if you have a ectopic pregnancy because somewhere about 12 weeks is when they tend to rupture and then you bleed inside. Not good. You could die. Go see your doctor promptly. Or even go to the emergency room tonight if you're having pain.
