Full exam/hydrate: Studies show that abdominal pain in females is multifactorial, pregnancy must first be ruled out. Your pain is very ephemeral. You should visit Urgent Care for a full exam where a doctor can check your vital signs, dip your urine, and do an exam to see if anything more troublesome could be developing. You may need an ultrasound to rule out ovarian cysts and if the pain acutely worsens, go to ER.
