Effexor (venlafaxine): effexor (venlafaxine) wouldn't cause withdrawal. you probably just had side effects. its notorious for being difficult to start and stop. remeron is not anything like effexor (venlafaxine) but it will help with sleep and appetite. also, what about tapering the suboxone? shouldn't have to be on it for "years."
