None: There should be no problem combining Effexor (venlafaxine) and suboxone. They do not interact with each other.

Can even help: Some doctors use Effexor (venlafaxine) or similar medications to help treat depression in patients on Suboxone or prescribe it to patient's to help them get off of it. They can have cumulative side effects however.
