What are you eating: There are so many reasons you may have stopped losing weight. Maybe your diet, or your exercise, or your digestion is not working, or you may be having hormonal issues. Above it says C-section, how along ago did you have your baby? You should maybe have your thyroid checked.

Weight loss: A safe and proper weight loss should be supervised and managed under your doctor's care who is able to fully evaluate your current and past medical conditions such as diabetes, hypothyroidism etc. . I find that weight loss similar to other lifestyle modifications benefit from a structured program and support group. Healthy weight loss is more important than achieving a number on the scale.

Try changing routine: Congratulations on the weight loss. Try finding out where your weaknesses are in diet. Eat more fruits and vegetables. If you eat them before each meal, you will get full faster and the fiber will also help. Then increase your daily exercise. Having a pedometer can help. Most smartphones can have a pedometer app installed. Good luck.

If not pregnant ,you now need to adjust the total number of calories taken in par day and increase your exercise time and intensity to match your current weight. It is also best to have your weight management medically supervised as certain nutrients are essential when cutting calories.
