Most likely she will be fine, but the dangerous symptoms to watch for are numbness, weakness, blurred vision, difficulty speaking, or change in alertness. Symptoms are generally at their maximum 5 hours after envenomation, but can last a few weeks.

ER not likely needed: If she is otherwise healthy, no specific treatment is indicated unless she develops severe/alarming symptoms. Cold compress and elevation is all that should be needed. Hope she feels better soon.
