Panic: I really appreciate that you have the insight to know that your mind is causing your physical symptoms. When we panic or have anxiety we often hold our chest muscles too tight, and breathe too shallow making a vicious cycle of muscle fatigue and low oxygen add to our sense that something is wrong.
