Unlikely: If you have been on the correct dose of thyroid hormone, it should not be giving you these symptoms. It is important to take the correct dosage to keep your TSH level in the normal range.

Head is sore on right side but its not a headache the it goes down in to my neck where the muscle is tender and very sore.
