Intense headaches: Usually, a new pattern of a headache is concerning findings. You may need an urgent evaluation. Other concerning headache symptoms are when they occur with fever, weakness, numbness, or changes in vision. Can this be related to COVID 19? On the other hand, I have seen these symptoms from neck muscle strains which were of no big concern. You should speak to your primary care doctor.

Considerations: A persistent focal headache should undergo evaluation. Could be migraine, but triggers could emanate from neck, jaw, dentition, sinuses, etc. Best to see your doctor and get answers.
