"Aseptic" meningitis: You probably have a viral infection causing irritation to the coverings around the brain/spinal cord. Good you don't have a major fever, but you should get checked by your primary physician. I don't think you have bacterial meningitis-you would be sicker (believe it or not). There are 100s of different kinds of meningitis BTW-you won't die from this, but your doc could help with symptom management
